( Clip v214 Release 04.2022 is the final version for offline programming )
( Clip v200 Release 2021 is the final version for coding/configuration )
For old CLIP RTL2002, I install v214 with a Full pack for programming, and v200 on another laptop for coding, v200 needs +15$

DDT2000 is complexe and can make a lot (maybe everything) but it's for really skilful people that they know what they do because its also really dangerous as you can fire airbags, erase ECU...
and it uses an expensive interface, so ddt2000 will be useless for someone without the skills and the needs, it is more for studying than operate on cars.
renolink is a soft that use the ddt2000 command to do job but really simplified with cheap interface hardware (obdlink SX)
