So if u want to buy a clone, buy it on aliexpress, you'll have the buyer protection

In my opinion - forget Diagun. Reason is simple, it's "Game-boy", "Nintendo" etc... You do not like it.

X431 std or Master is better choice but firstly try "Delphi-Autocom", You'll be pleasantly surprised.

HI, It depends on what car brands will you scan, if mostly Asian, then Launch or better Carman will be highly recommanded; if you scan mostly european car makes, than Autocom, Multidiag, or Bosch..etc.
