How can make upgrade for obdII actia (lexia) scanner , from /B to /C

Hi to all, i write in english corner, because en frances for me is a very problem.

I have a problem with my clone actia3, obd scanner from China, Is Revision /B, i need to upgrade this to Revision /C, for to have a full work, can bus, with all model of psa citroen cars, i have read that on this forum a big Man have created a file called "NLC", that used with psa checker, upgrade the actia scanner to revison /C and change the serial nuber, with a not black listed number, i can pay for this file.

I have replyed to this on #350 and #354 post, but for the moment, i do not have any suggestion, for me French lenguage is a problem.

I have same problem, didn't find any advice from forum rules.

Found answer, for PM have to post 16 or 20 messages. Quite problematic, because my French skills isn't good.
