Buying C5 2008 version

I have thinking to buy maybe next year new C5 2008- version.
Which versions on Diagbox are compatible with them?
What other you prefer to check when buying?

Seat

At Finland we have seat heaters allways installed to cars.
In Citroens minimum 1 of them is dead.

Diagbox have been working with windows 7, experiences about windows 8?

Be carefull. Today at my workshop I have tested to diagnos with this car. Lexia and DiagBox not working with it. Maybe it's depend where you buy your lexia.
