Advise wanted

Hi i have recently installed diagbox version 6.01, should i upgrade it to version 7 or stay where i am until i get used to using it ?I have problem with my 406 coupe 2.2 hdi and was hoping that i could diagnose the problems using diagbox. sorry i only speak english so any help will b most appreciated
