Je souhaite installer diag box v7.77(8.03) mais je suis un peu perdu avec toute les mises a jour. Es il possible de passer directement d'un version v7.xx a la version v7.77? ou faut il installer dans un ordre précis?

Do you have any news about the 7.82 release? Do you think it would be possible to jump from 7.76 to 7.82 or we will need to pass via 7.77? Any hint?

Yes, you can move from 7.66 directly to 7.82 which Maitresox has already released..
I actually downloaded all the updates and compiled few versions for myself, trying to have slightly different starting and ending points. But I have no intention of posting them, because Maitresox is already doing a good job reliably.
You see, from DiagBox v7.67=8.03 up to 7.66=8.12 all updates are equal. But at 7.77 and 8.13 they split, v7.xx stops and v8.xx continues to currently 8.18. It is easy to see how it is done, but very time consuming to get files to work together.

I am not sure I understand what you are saying, but after DiagBox v7.57 you continue the installation in this sequence --> 7.57-7.58 --> 7.58-7.62 --> 7.62-7.66 --> 7.66.7.74 --> 7.74-7.76 -> 7.76-7.82.
Make sure you install Microsoft .NET 3.5 sp1 and run DiagBox as Administrator.

Notice: if you are NOT using Windows XP, run DiagBox in Windows XP3 compatibility mode..

Sous windows 7 x86, j'ai un peu galéré à partir de la 7.62 pour passer en 7.66
J'ai du réinstaller tout Diagbox à zéro (7.01/02), en passant par le redémarrage en mode "sans echec" (suppression des répertoires d'install à la sauvage).
A partir de 7.62, installer les MAJ en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit sur la MAJ)
Après les MAJ relancer Diagbox mais en mode administrateur (clic droit/mode compatibilité/cocher utiliser ce programme en tant qu'administrateur)
comme ça, plus de problème de licence

6- Have you performed C:/>SFC /SCANNOW (CMD as Administrator) ?

I also had a problem when installing 7.62-7.66 on Windows 7/VirtualBox, but I solved it by cleaning all, and using 7.xx-7.57 (Scary) (Scary and Maitresox supposed to be the same, but there is 100mb difference). Sometimes there are problems with compression and decompression and where it writes temp files.
