DiagBox v7.66-7.72 (ISO 639-1) upgrade

I managed to create your problem on Windows XP SP3 on VirtualBox 5.12. I am unable to recreate the same problem on Windows XP, 7 or 10 on VMWare workstation 12.1.
It could be a bug, I have noticed that DiagBox is trying to access the internet for the requitrd files.

This could be a bug, if you are using VirtualBox try changing to an older version (4.12) or use VMWare Player.

By the way, I spent sometime on the above problem (id0479- M-Not Found). I could reproduce it only when installing DiagBox 7.74+ using Windows x86 on Oracle's VirtualBox (I tried version 5.13, 5.12 and 4.3.12 because it does not have the new security enhancements). It does not happen with VMWare Workstation.
There is also another problem concerning DiagBox v8.01 installation. I have reported the bugs to Oracle's VirtualBox team, but they are not interested in old software... The problem is in VirtualBox not in Windows or DiagBox.. I guess, it is time to move to a more reliable software.. Use VMWare Workstation Player, it is free and DiagBox works flawlessly with Windows XP, 7 and 10.

Also, DiagBox 7.xx and 8.xx fail to install on Windows 10 RS1 (B11099, or B11082) It is still in development and I hope they will fix it soon.

I was able to resolve the (id0479- M-Not Found) problem in Windows XP SP3/VirtualBox. It is related to Apache server..

What can be done is to restart the Apache server manually from here: "C:\APP\ddc\opt\apache\bin\" by double clicking on "httpd_ddc.exe". You will see the HTTP_DDC process has started in the Task Manager. When you run DiagBox, the Documentation tabs will work..

You might have an issue "psaAgent.exe" has encountered a problem!! This can be sorted as follows:

Open an administrator's CMD and navigate to: "C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox" then execute the DmiSystemSerial command.

C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox>VBoxManage setextradata "VM name" "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcbios/0/Config/DmiSystemSerial" "System Serial"

VM Name = the name of your Virtual Machine like "Win-Diag7"
System Serial = the serial number of your system like "CDN29623HD"

You can use DMIDECODE tool to obtain system information.

The other solution is to use VMWare player instead of VirtualBox.
