It does not work and the seller does not responde to my mails...

The interface is NOT a Full Chip and cannot be upgraded to become a Full Chip, because the PCB does not have the place to soldier the missing parts (like the TDK filter).
If it does not work with DiagBox v5.29, then upgrading it (NLC) will not make a difference.

That's a lot of money for a non Full Chip. I bought mine 56 Euro delivered (last year) and it is a good quality full chip, it is available now for 70-80 Euros:

I think the difference between clones "9780.Z5" and the "A.1281 Z", is only the badge. An important differentiator is that it is compatible with Citroen C5 as stated on their page. Someone ordered from the same page and got the "A.1281 Z" and he reported that it is working well.

It is compatible with Citroen cars including: C1,C2,C3,C4,C5,C6,C8,CCROSSER,NEMO,BERLINGO,JUMPY, JUMPER,AX,SAXO,BX and so on.
Notice that on some sites they omit C5 from the list.

Also this one, looks identical, but it does not say it supports Citroen C5!!!

Notice the 4MHz Oscillator, it is a chip like the original, and not a metal encased oscillator. Also, listed delivery takes about 3 weeks on average.

I reviewed the link in your post, notice that they do not have any photo about their circuit board. This is not a good indicator, obviously they have nothing to be proud of, or they want to hide something!!!
Also, on their page they say:
1.It is compatible with Citroen cars including: C1,C2,C3,C4,C6,C8,C-CROSSER,NEMO,BERLINGO,JUMPY,JUMPER,AX,SAXO,BX and so on. But please pay attention, according to our customer's experience, this item can not works good at C5 new models.
From my side, I would not buy this one, Just as I would not buy an over expensive device either. I would not buy something that is not guaranteed to work, especially when the difference between this one and a good one is 10-15 Euros..

In my previous post I gave example of two devices, the are very similar, the cheaper one is listed to work with C5 and the expensive one is not, which would you buy??

What you should be looking for:
1- Full Chip
2- Good quality components
3- Revision C
4- Similar design to the original
5- Good value

The photo on the main page has a CHIP Oscillator while if scroll down the photo in the description has a Metal Oscillator, and they say it may NOT work with Citroen C5.. This is exactly why you don't know what exactly you are buying until you receive it..

I was looking through some stuff today and somebody has a similar device to yours but his was working. Upon comparison with yours I found two differences that you may want to consider making to your device so that it "may" work..

I have circled the differences I saw, you can try replacing the transistor (near the optocoplers) without removing capacitor C48 first.

bonjour,je te remercie pour ton mail;pour le moment je n"envisage aucune modification car je débute dans le diag,mes connaissances en la matiere sont limitées les premiers essais que j"ai fait sont bons j"ai pu effacer le défaut de clim et faire un test global sur xsara picasso 2.0 hdi 2005 et c3 1.4 hdi 2006.j'ai une garantie d'un an,merci

Sinon brancher l'interface sur un port USB 3 qui fournit plus de courant.

Sinon je constate que sur certaines interfaces, le quartz qui sert d'horloge touche 2 contacts... bizarre
et d'autres sont soit super mal construites ou alors le proprio est un sacré bidouilleur, mais les soudures sont dégueu = CMS grillés

voici les photos de mon interface qui ne s'allume plus aujourd'hui malgré que la carte soit alimenté par l'USB et que je vois pas de soudure défaillante mais je ne suis pas un pro.
Je crois que je vais aller à la pêche pour trouver une full chips, si quelqu'un à une adresse je suis preneur, merci
