If you updatefrom V7.02 or V7.04 to 7.13 he delete the file ''APPDIAG.SYS''

So before updateback up your ''APPDIAG.SYS'' file (You can find him in C:AWRootbinfi)

I use Winrar to back up

After the is update ready and asking to activate shutdown diagbox and unpack your file and you are ready to use diagbox v7.06
